TresVista Introduces New Policies to Support Employees

TresVista, a leading provider of high-end outsourced support to corporates, asset managers, and entrepreneurs, has rolled out several employee-friendly measures. The measures include Caregivers’ Leave, Support for COVID-19 positive employees, and Work from Home (WFH) setup reimbursements.

 

Caregivers Special Leave not limited to COVID-19: This paid allowance is to take care of immediate family members. On hospitalisation, employees can take up to 10 working days paid leave for immediate or extended family.

 

Support for COVID-19 positive employees: To support self-care, if an employee tests positive for COVID-19, they can take additional five working days of paid leave. If symptoms persist for longer, then extended paid sick leave can be availed.

 

WFH Reimbursements: To help organise a comfortable and ergonomic workspace set up at home, there will be a one-time reimbursement of Rs. 10,000 towards a WFH set up for all employees, enforced backdated from the date of lockdown.
