Capco India Appoints Neelam Sharma as HR Head

Capco has appointed Neelam Sharma as Head of Human Resources for its India operations.

 

Sharma is responsible for India capability building, and creating a HR structure and framework that supports growth, scale and diversity. 

 

With almost 15 years' experience working in the HR space, Sharma has joined Capco from Infor, a global management and technology consultancy, where she was Bengaluru Site HR Head.

 

Sharma holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from ICFAI College, and a Bachelor's degree from SIES College of Commerce and Economics.

 

On her appointment, Sharma said: I am excited to be part of the Capco India family. This is an excellent opportunity to build upon all the great work that has already done around inclusion, education, training and diversity as part of the company's 'Be Yourself At Work' culture. As consultants, we are helping the financial industry transition to new working paradigms and establish an effective workforce for the future. That requires having employees who are flexible, self-motivated and independent thinkers.  I will be very focused on ensuring that our people can bring those qualities to the business-critical work they do for our clients."
