Takeda, a Japanese multinational pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical company, has appointed Anoop Kamat as its Head - Human Resources.
In his new role, Kamat will overlook the company’s entire gamut of HR solutions.
Kamat has more than 17 years of experience as Generalist HR and Specialist roles within HR including Talent Acquisition, Performance & Rewards, Talent Management, Employee & Labour Relations, HR Operations and Analytics, and Learning & Development.
His last stint was with Johnson & Johnson as Head - Talent Acquisition.
Kamat has been associated with companies such as ICICI bank, Sasken, and Times Group.
Kamat is an electronics engineer and has pursued Master’s in Human Resources from the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management. He began his career with ControlNet India as Sr. Project Engineer in 1998.
