OpSec Security has appointed Riya Sood as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
Sood brings 20 years of experience in leading HR transformation and has worked across diverse industries such as Technology, Consulting, Energy, and Financial.
She also has extensive global exposure in Asia, Middle East, Africa, and America.
Most recently, she was HR Director — US at Tech Mahindra, and earlier HR Director — Middle East and Africa.
She began her career with Standard Chartered Bank and later, led senior roles at Tech Mahindra, Weatherford, Deloitte, and EXL.
