DB Schenker Names Katharina Rath as New CHRO

DB Schenker, a global logistics provider, has named Katharina Rath as its new Global Head of human resources, effective December 1, 2020.

 

As per the Supervisory Board of Schenker AG, Katharina’s full title will be the Member of the Board of Management for Human Resources.

 

Rath will succeed Thomas Schulz, the current CHRO, who is scheduled to leave on October 31, 2020 at the end of his regular appointment period.

 

For nearly two decades, Rath has held several roles at Continental Automotive Technologies, most recently as Senior Vice President Human Relations, Automotive Technologies and Holistic Engineering & Technologies and as Member of the Automotive Board.

 

She has pursued diploma in Psychology from the University of Regensburg.
