Sterlite Power has named Swaminathan Subramanian as the group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
In his new role, Subramanian will lead the HR function as the group CHRO and will report to Pratik Agarwal, Managing Director, Sterlite Power.
Most recently, he was serving as President and Chief People Officer with Reliance Capital Ltd., wherein he worked from December 2017 to June 2020.
Swaminathan has 22 years of experience in consulting, HR Governance, Mergers & Acquisitions, Compensation & Benefits with in-depth exposure in Asia, Africa, and Middle East market. He has also worked with firms like Accenture, J.P. Morgan, Barclays, Fullerton India Credit Company Ltd, and Standard Chartered Bank.
Swaminathan is an alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur.
