#WorkFromHome Diaries is another initiative that encourages employees to actively participate by sharing their experiences of working-from-home.

 

The company continues to emphasize on learning & development of its employees. Their approach development can broadly be categorized into classroom, e-learning, action learning and on-the-job training. Voltas is also reaching out to its vast community of field engineers and technicians via the Mobile learning app Handy Train to sensitize them regarding health and safety by sharing Covid-19 awareness videos. Through the app, Voltas is also creating technical content for the users, resolving queries and troubleshooting, as well as conducting assessment and certifications for its technicians in a streamlined manner. This commitment is extended to over 28000+ workforce that include contract and last mile workers.
