HCL to expand workforce in Lucknow center

Information Technology (IT) service and consulting giant HCL Technologies is planning to expand its workforce at Lucknow centre by 50 percent by end of the next financial year 2020-21.

 

The employee count of HCL Lucknow stood at around 3,300 in March 2019. Currently, there are 4,000 employees and the company is expected to add 500 professionals by the end of March 2020, as per a media report.

 

Apart from this, the company is also aiming at achieving gender diversity with nearly 23 per cent of the current employees being female professionals.

 

The Lucknow centre, which caters to 103 global clients, mostly based in the US, has been growing steadily, and has several projects to be handled.

 

HCL Lucknow is the largest HCL campus in North India and spread across 100 acres of land. It offers spectrum of services such as infrastructure management,BPO, product engineering, application development and HCL internal enabling functions.
