The luxury and lifestyle outlet of Hyatt, Andaz Delhi, has appointed Ranjana Pal as the new director of human resources.
In her new role, Pal will responsible for training, culture, wellness, operations and other related HR functions at the hotel in Gurgaon.
Pal has more than 15 years of experience in HR across various industries such as IT, manufacturing and hospitality industries.
In her earlier stints, she was associated with Mariott Hotels as the multi-property director of HR, looking after the entire gamut of HR functions at Renaissance, as well as Four Points Sheraton, Ahmedabad.
