After quitting Adobe, Donna Morris has joined Walmart as its Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer.
Morris is responsible for hiring, developing talent and retaining talent for the company.
Prior to this, Morris worked with Adobe for nearly 18 years where she served various human resources role. Her most recent role at Adobe was Chief Human Resources Officer & Executive Vice President of Employee Experience.
Under her leadership, Adobe's workforce witnessed an increase of 226% to more than 20,000 employees and its real estate/facilities presence grown to more than 75 locations across the globe.
In her stints, Morris was associated with Accelio, Fulcrum Software, and Rogers Communications. She holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Carleton University and her “north of the border” accent gives her away as a native of Ottawa, Canada.
