Aegon Life Insurance has appointed Sunita Rath as its Chief People Officer (CPO).
In her new role, Rath will oversee strategy and processes related to building and retaining talent, including reskilling and multiskilling of employees. She will be reporting to Vineet Arora, MD and CEO of Aegon Life Insurance.
Sunita has more than 25 years of experience in developing talent, designing and delivering modern HR strategies globally. She has been associated with Deutsche Bank, JP Morgan Ltd., Mastek Ltd, Blue Star Infotech, Silverline Industries & Coal India Limited.

Sunita is bachelors in Physics and pursued her M.Phil (PM & IR) Training & Development from Utkal University.
