Krishna Raghavan, senior vice president of engineering at Flipkart, will head the Human Resources function, from April, 2020.
This comes nearly three months after, Smriti Singh, senior vice president, and chief HR officer, resigned from the post. Ever since the role of the head HR has been vacant.
As CPO, he will oversee people, talent, and rewards, and report to Krishnamurthy. Prior to this, he was reporting to Jeyandran Venugopal, chief product and technology officer at Flipkart.
Before joining Flipkart, Raghavan was associated with Future Ecommerce Infrastructure as the vice president, engineering. He has more than 10 years of experience working in product companies across the United States and India.
