Global Pharmaceutical company MSD has appointed Rehan A Khan as Managing Director for the India region. He would assume the charge from January 13.
Rehan has more than 20 years of industry experience. Rehan has served as President of Asia Pacific with an NYSE-listed dialysis services provider, which has presence across 50 cities in Asia. Prior to that, he was the Managing Director of a leading pharmaceutical multinational company in India.
Rehan was also a board member and advisor to several private equity funds and healthcare firms in Africa, India, and South East Asia.
The appointment took place nearly four months after MSD’s previous MD Vivek Vasudev Kamath left the organisation.
