IDBI Bank appoints Suresh Khatanhar as Deputy Managing Director

IDBI Bank has appointed Suresh Khatanhar as Deputy Managing Director for a period of 3 years. 


Prior to this, Khatanhar was associated with IDBI Bank as an Executive Director heading Mid Corporate Group and Trade Finance. 

 

Khatanhar has been with IDBI Bank from past 22 years, wherein he was responsible for managing varied aspects of commercial banking. Before joining IDBI Bank in 1997, he served at Dena Bank.

 

Khatanhar holds a Masters of Commerce (M.Com) degree from the University of Mumbai, and is also a Certified Associate from the Institute of Cost & Works Accountant of India (AICWA), and Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB).
 

With a cumulative experience of 35 years, Khatanhar's portfolio is diversified into commercial banking environments like Retail Banking Business, Corporate Banking (Mid corporate and Large corporate), Priority Sector Lending, service-oriented functions such as  Audit Management, Compliance, Trade Finance, Risk Management, Credit Management & Monitoring and other facets of banking.
